Surfers In A Dress
is an event held on behalf the charity, One Girl and their Do It In A Dress initiative. Every year on a weekend in October we gather at beaches across the country with our frocks and go surfing for a cause. We do this to raise money and awareness to help girls in Sierra Leone and Uganda, Africa gain access to education - a privilege few girls ever receive. So far we've raised over $36,000, which has helped over 122 girls - read more here. About Surfers In A Dress
Surfers In A Dress was founded in 2012 by Greg Beazley as a way to align his passion for surfing with his passion for helping and inspiring young people to have a better life. Having been a supporter of One Girl since the beginning, once the Do It In A Dress campaign launched it was the perfect opportunity for Greg to kickstart this unique side-project.
